In order to start trading with us, your account must be verified.
You can upload your documents via the ‘members section’ on the website or if you prefer you can email your documents directly to us here at email@example.com.
The documents that are required in order to verify your account are as follows:
Proof of Identification. A color copy of a valid passport, driver’s license or identity card. The document must be valid and contain your full name, an expiry date, your place and date of birth, your signature, as well as a recent photograph.
Proof of Address. A recent utility bill (electricity, phone, water, gas) or bank statement dated within the last 3 months, confirming your registered address. Ensure that your name, address, issue date and the name of the company issuing the bill/statement is clearly visible and in full page scan.
* Please note that the following document cannot be accepted:
• Documents enclosed in envelopes or folded
• online /electronic documents.
• Documents with low-resolution
A copy of the back & front sides of each credit card you are using to make deposits in your trading account(s) with Hanson. Your name, expire date, last 4 digits and signature must be clearly visible.
You may blank out the first 12 digits of your card number on the front of your card, as well the 3 digits security code on the back of the card, in order to protect your personal information.
In addition to the documents requested, your Account Manager will call you and complete the verification procedure. Please make sure that the phone number you have provided during registration is typed correctly.
To ensure you receive the highest service available and for your transactions to be handled as high-priority, please make sure your account and deposit information comply with our Terms and Conditions and are updated accordingly.
